Frequently Asked Questions

1.      How early should I inquire about wedding florals?

To maintain our high level of quality, we take a limited number of events each weekend. To ensure our availability, we recommend placing your floral order as soon as possible.

2.     Do you offer refunds on Wedding Menu items?

All event flowers are ordered directly following online order placement. Therefore, all order payments are non-refundable.

3.     I ordered Wedding Menu items for my wedding. Can you deliver them to my venue?

We offer wedding delivery as a drop-off only service as no floral set-up will be provided upon floral delivery. Please give us a call at (402)443-1117 to confirm our availability for wedding delivery along with delivery location details before adding this service to your cart.

If you would prefer—we can have your florals boxed and ready for a pickup. We recommend designating a trusted family member or friend who can oversee any placement of florals for your event.

4.     How do I take care of my flowers after I pick them up?

We recommend keeping them in a cool place until needed. Be careful putting flowers in refrigerators that aren’t specifically designed for fresh flowers as they can freeze if they get too cold. Also keep the flowers out of the heat. Optimum storage temperatures are 40-60 degrees F.

Please note: Found & Flora is not responsible for the condition of the flowers after they leave our shop. We make it a priority to ensure all blooms are at their best before they leave, and we include care instructions at pickup to help keep your wedding florals looking their best!

5.     Does the Wedding Menu floral option come with a design Consultation?

No-The Wedding Menu option does not include an in-person or phone design consultation. A one-hour long, in-person consultation can be purchased as an add-on Wedding Menu item if you would like the experience of sharing more about your floral vision.

6.     I forgot to order an item! Can I add more Wedding Menu items to my order?

Additional items may be added to your order up to two weeks prior to your event date. Simply, order the additions on the Wedding Menu and list your name and initial order confirmation number in the Notes section at the time of your order placement.

7.     I would like to order Wedding Menu items for my wedding, but there is a specific flower that I would/would not like included. Can you accommodate my request?

To keep the ordering process streamlined and affordable, we do not offer any major customizations. You are welcome to list any flower preferences in the Notes section upon order placement. However, we cannot guarantee the use of specific flower types, as they are subject to availability. While we do our best to honor your flower preferences, we prioritize quality, seasonally fresh blooms that best serve the overall aesthetic of your floral design(s).
